TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kyle Walker brings 3 years of experience in commercial land and investment sales and works alongside Executive Managing Director Jeff Peden and Senior Director Scott Miller.  He focuses on high-profile land for development and commercial investment properties, while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities in both infill and suburban markets throughout Houston and other primary and secondary markets in Texas. Additionally, he oversees the maintenance, organization and management of various databases to enhance workflow and support business strategies.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2025, Kyle held the position of Analyst at Dosch Marshall Real Estate. At DMRE, he identified, evaluated, and recommended potential land acquisition opportunities to meet the specific needs and objectives of developers and investors. He specialized in the identification and analysis of industrial land suitable for warehouses, distribution centers, and IOS tracts.

Through this experience, Mr. Walker has developed a deep understanding of market trends, property valuation and client relations.

EDUCATION

Kyle attended Texas A&M University and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
