TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Tim co-leads the Sports & Entertainment practice at Transwestern, which focuses on five core areas: real estate assembly and acquisition, tenant representation, project management and owner representation, real estate meets sponsorship, and commercial real estate development. By partnering with Transwestern’s national brokerage, development, and investment platforms, Tim helps sports teams and properties, ownership groups, investors, and civic stakeholders unlock long-term value across sports and entertainment real estate projects nationwide.
With fifteen years of experience in sports, media, and entertainment, Tim is a cross-functional leader who brings institutional rigor and a deep understanding of team, league, and investor priorities.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Tim currently advises on several transformative, large-scale sports and entertainment real estate initiatives across the U.S. These include the development of a $150M+ professional training facility and headquarters for the LA Sparks, the long-term redevelopment of a 450-acre campus anchored by a major annual event, and the delivery of a new training facility for a professional basketball franchise. He is also engaged on the repositioning of a 350-acre motorsports campus into a mixed-use innovation hub, as well as market expansion strategy for Cosm’s next-generation immersive sports and entertainment venues in select U.S. cities.
Tim’s work includes the successful development of the Player 15 Group Headquarters and Phoenix Mercury Training Facility, as well as the creation and launch of Overtime Elite (OTE), a groundbreaking professional basketball league and its 103,000-square-foot training complex in Atlanta. Earlier in his career, he co-founded TACK Ventures and led the creation of the Global Sports Venture Studio with the Los Angeles Dodgers, investing alongside leading sports, media, and technology partners. He has collaborated with top leagues, teams, and global sports properties on growth strategy, facility development, and capital investment.
