TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Carl serves as Managing Partner of Transwestern Development Company’s National Logistics Group, directing all industrial development activities and managing regional teams across key U.S. logistics markets. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, and project execution for a wide array of speculative and build-to-suit projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With more than 20 years of experience in logistics and industrial real estate, Carl has led teams responsible for delivering high-quality industrial projects in major distribution hubs, with a focus on supply chain networks, intermodal logistics, e-commerce, and port strategies. He has extensive experience aligning capital, market intelligence and operational expertise to create value for users and investors alike.

Before joining Transwestern, Carl served as Head of DHL’s Real Estate Development & Investment platform for the Americas, where he oversaw investment strategy, development execution, and platform growth. Previously, he spent 16 years at Duke Realty in senior roles spanning capital markets, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and national development strategy.
