TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Carly Langley joined Transwestern in 2025 as Vice President with the Austin Office Agency Leasing team, where she represents a broad range of local, regional, and national clients. Known for her strategic insight, adaptability, and strong relationships within Texas’ corporate real estate community, Carly plays a key role in driving Transwestern’s business development initiatives and supporting the firm’s growth across Central Texas.

With over a decade of experience, Carly has partnered with some of the most innovative companies in the industry. Her background includes launching the first WeWork locations in Texas and the Southern U.S., leading regional sales for a top hospitality brand, and managing business development for one of Austin’s largest owner-developers.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern, Carly served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Karlin Real Estate, where she helped increase leasing activity, brand awareness and enhance amenity programming. She previously worked with a leading national amenity management firm, collaborating with major developers and corporate occupiers to deliver dynamic, experience-driven workplace environments. Carly was also instrumental in launching WeWork’s first Texas locations and expanding its footprint across the Central U.S., building tailored workspace solutions for corporate clients.

Outside of her corporate roles, Carly co-founded a venture-backed startup focused on employee experience and led a consulting group specializing in sales development and go-to-market strategy for commercial real estate startups.

EDUCATION

Carly received her bachelor’s in Music from Arizona State University. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
