Clint Bawcom

Clint Bawcom serves as Executive Managing Director and Houston Market Leader for Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS). In this role, he oversees more than 400 professionals and 82 million square feet of leased and managed commercial space across the region. He collaborates with service line leaders to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions to investors and clients, guiding the firm’s Houston operations through transformational growth while advancing its integrated strategies.

With more than 25 years of experience in leasing, operations and business development for both public and private real estate companies, Bawcom brings a client-first mindset and an owner’s perspective to his leadership. Before rejoining Transwestern, he served as Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston operations and held senior leadership roles at Brookfield Properties and Cassidy Turley, where he managed significant portfolios and spearheaded transformative leasing strategies. Over the course of his brokerage career, he completed more than 11 million square feet of leasing transactions. That career began at Transwestern, giving him a deep familiarity with the firm’s culture and values.
