TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Senior Vice President at Transwestern, Eric Rapp specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. Eric’s disciplined approach to serving his clients and in-depth market knowledge have earned him a strong reputation with owners, tenants, and the brokerage community. His list of services includes tenant representation, site search and selection, lease and purchase negotiations, and property marketing for owners.

Eric prides himself on his excellent analytical and technical skills that elevate his ability to provide accurate and insightful consultative solutions to his client’s real estate needs.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Eric has been with Transwestern in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area since 2020, and he has proven to be an agile broker for commercial property owners and users alike. Prior to Transwestern, Eric spent 20 years with Colliers International where he was responsible for the leasing and sales of more than nine million square feet of commercial real estate. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Eric is the incoming President of the SIOR Minnesota Dakotas Chapter. He serves on the Community Enhancement Committee for NAIOP, served 11 years as co-chair of the Saint Paul BOMA Marketing Committee, and is an active member of the MNCAR Office Advisory Board.

Eric’s client list includes CSM Corporation, Meritex, MetroPlains, Capital Partners, City of New Brighton, Woodside Capital Partners, Essjay Investments, Gateway Bank, Journey School, NEI Electric, Alliance Bank, Leonardo DRS, Ramsey County, Group RMC, Schafer Richardson, MSP Commercial, Radias Health, Sonex Health, Midwest Radiology, Twin Cities Academy, and Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists.

A selection of properties Eric represents on behalf of building owners include Gateway Center in Woodbury, Northpark in Arden Hills, Grand Oak in Eagan, and Midway Innovation in St. Paul. Eric recently represented a tenant in a 48,563-square-foot office deal, and he represented a healthcare services tenant in a 9,048-square-foot lease. Eric has facilitated several property sales: he represented the buyer in the sale of a local 65,535-square-foot church, the buyer in the sale of a 44,298-square-foot office building, the seller of a 5,000-square-foot office/retail building, the seller in the purchase of a 46,800-square-foot office building, and the buyer in the sale of an industrial land site.
