TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As the research manager within Transwestern’s Strategic Account Management program, Jennifer collaborates with national and local broker teams to provide integrated market intelligence and powerful analytics to tailor client strategies and identify actionable opportunities for business expansion.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to her current role, Jennifer was a senior research analyst for Transwestern’s Phoenix office, conducting in-depth research on the region’s office, industrial and healthcare real estate markets and providing strategic analysis for the firm’s brokers and clients. Previously, she held research roles with Cresa’s Phoenix office and Elevated Insights’ office in Colorado Springs.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Jennifer serves as a Certified Ambassador for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Acting as an advocate for the region, she helps attract businesses and jobs to Greater Phoenix, educate stakeholders on economic trends and growth opportunities, and facilitate connections among local businesses and potential partners.

EDUCATION

Jennifer earned an MBA from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado.
