HOUSTON – In a strategic move designed to support transformational growth, Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the appointment of Clint Bawcom as Executive Managing Director, Houston Market Leader. Bawcom will oversee the firm’s Houston operations, comprising more than 400 professionals and 82 million square feet of leased and managed commercial space across the region. This includes collaborating with service line leaders to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions to investors and clients across the commercial real estate spectrum.
Kevin Roberts, a 36-year veteran of Transwestern who has served as Houston’s market leader for 15 years, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships, focusing on transformation initiatives that enhance client service, new business development, portfolio and account management, and mergers and acquisitions.

Bawcom’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Transwestern as the firm doubles down on its mission to expand its platform and deepen its capabilities amid market uncertainty. With more than 25 years of experience in leasing, operations and business development for both public and private real estate companies, Bawcom brings deep expertise, a client-first mentality and a seasoned owner’s perspective that will fuel continued innovation and growth across the full Transwestern platform. He most recently served as Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston operations and has held senior leadership roles at Brookfield Properties and Cassidy Turley, where he was responsible for major portfolios and led transformative leasing strategies. Notably, Bawcom began his real estate career as a producer at Transwestern, giving him a deep familiarity with the firm’s culture and values.
