HOUSTON – Kenneth Weaver has been named Head of Brand for the Transwestern organization, leading creative direction and brand strategy across its integrated platform. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer Frances Thomson, he will oversee the evolution and consistent execution of Transwestern’s brand identity, guiding design, and creative resources that support the firm’s growth and transformation initiatives.
“Kenneth is a distinguished creative leader with deep experience translating strategy into measurable brand impact,” said Thomson. “His expertise will be instrumental in advancing Transwestern’s brand and equipping our teams with tools to better serve our clients.”
Kenneth joins Transwestern from CBRE, where he spent more than 15 years in marketing and creative leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Creative Director, managing a global product creative team and overseeing brand governance, property marketing and M&A integration. He also launched and directed CBRE’s Creative Talent Platform, supporting the career lifecycle of more than 250 professionals through mentorship, training and community programs. His earlier experience includes art direction roles with Shell Oil, The EmGroup and Croxson Design.
