HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected as the exclusive office leasing agent for 4265 San Felipe, a 209,769-square-foot Class A office building located inside of Houston's 610 Loop. Transwestern’s Louann Pereira, Jack Scharnberg and Doug Little will lead leasing efforts on behalf of ownership, DML Capital.
4265 San Felipe is currently 79% leased with a variety of suites available, including the top floor penthouse suite totaling 17,423 square feet with signage opportunities.

The property’s location provides easy access to major thoroughfares such as Loop 610, I-10 and I-69, and is surrounded by walkable amenities in the Galleria and River Oaks neighborhoods.
