DALLAS – Transwestern announces the appointment of Amanda Hansen as Managing Senior Vice President, where she will lead Property Management Operations for the Dallas market.
“Amanda is an exceptional leader whose operational insight, client focus and ability to elevate teams make her the perfect person to guide our asset services platform in Dallas,” said Paul Wittorf, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader at Transwestern in Dallas. “Her leadership will build on the strong foundation Mike Ogden established over the past 25 years and position us for continued growth and excellence.”
Hansen brings more than 17 years of commercial property management experience to her new position. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager for CityLine, a 2.2 million-square-foot class A mixed-use development in Richardson, Texas, where she oversaw all aspects of tenant and owner relations, operation, budgeting, capital projects and team leadership. Her background spans Class A office, industrial business parks, medical office buildings and retail assets, representing a wide range of institutional and private clients throughout her career.
A respected leader within the industry, Hansen has been recognized many times for her management performance and team leadership. She is an active member of BOMA, serving as the 2026 BOMA Foundation Endowment Committee Chair, and previously contributed to the organization’s Government Affairs Committee. She holds an RPA designation from BOMI International and is a graduate of the Harvard Manager Mentor Training Program.
Hansen steps into the role as Mike Ogden prepares to retire at the end of March, concluding 25 years of dedicated leadership that helped shape Transwestern’s culture, client relationships and operational excellence.
