AUSTIN – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the sale of Hunter Professional Plaza in San Marcos, Texas. Brokers Hale Umstattd and Seth Gilford sold the Class A Medical Office Building on behalf of Only Epic Holdings.

The building is fully leased to five credit tenants and anchored by Baptist Healthcare Network, a dominant regional healthcare system with over 100 locations. It’s location within San Marcos places Hunter Professional Plaza near the downtown San Marcos Square and in proximity the Texas State University. In purchasing the property, the buyer benefits from a stable, cash flowing asset with upside in future development of the adjacent land.
