TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Houston office, Parker is responsible for the leasing and marketing efforts of numerous top-tier office buildings city wide. Parker specializes in lease negotiation and execution, transaction management and business development on behalf of private and institutional clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Over the course of a 13-year career, Parker has been involved in the leasing efforts of over 12 million square feet across the Houston area. He has successfully executed over 375 transactions totaling more than seven hundred million dollars in value and over 2 million square feet.

EDUCATION

Parker graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and holds a Texas real estate license.
