Parker Duewel

Parker Duewel joined Transwestern in 2024, specializing in the disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Texas Gulf Coast region. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as a Real Estate Analyst at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage in Houston, where he led over 90 capital transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion across a variety of asset types.

Parker has been an active volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past five years.

Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
