TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As an analyst on Transwestern’s South Florida Capital Markets team, Von conducts financial and market analysis to support the acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization of commercial real estate assets. This role involves preparing offering memoranda, financial models, market reports, and proposals.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern as an intern in 2025, Von held a two-year internship at Bokland Creative Imaging in New York where he reduced unit manufacturing costs by ~20% and developed a sustainable materials strategy that lowered packaging weight by 40%.

EDUCATION
