TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Wilson Sands provides financial analysis, lease structure and market research for Transwestern’s Agency Leasing team in North Texas, supporting major clients such as KBS, Silver Star Properties REIT, CW Capital and ICP Funds. He serves as a client communicator on leasing projects, assisting in developing relationships and supporting lease negotiations.

Wilson joined the company in 2023.

EDUCATION

A Dallas native, Wilson received a bachelor’s degree in American History from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business Foundations. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate professional.
