TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Anthony Ambrosia is the Chief Engineer at 203 North LaSalle, a 27-story Class A office tower in downtown Chicago. Anthony leads a team of engineers responsible for the building’s mechanical operations, including HVAC systems, automation controls, fire life safety, and energy management. He oversees all capital and tenant improvement projects, preventive maintenance programs, and sustainability initiatives. Under his leadership, the building has achieved LEED Gold recertification and maintains Energy Star performance. Anthony is known for his collaborative leadership style, mentoring engineers into leadership roles and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Anthony Ambrosia brings over three decades of engineering leadership to Chicago’s commercial real estate landscape. His dedication and competence led to promotions, culminating in his role as a Chief Engineer. Anthony has had key roles at Civic Opera Building and International Towers, where he led multimillion-dollar infrastructure upgrades and sustainability initiatives, including participation in the ComEd Smart Ideas and People’s Gas rebate programs.
