TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As Senior Vice President on Transwestern’s National Capital Markets team, Bill applies nearly a decade of experience in healthcare real estate, spanning business development, de novo development, acquisitions, underwriting, market analysis, and strategic planning, to deliver data-driven capital markets and investment sales solutions to clients nationwide.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Before joining Transwestern, Bill served as Vice President of Development and Leasing at Cambridge Holdings, Inc., where he led growth initiatives and executed healthcare-focused investment and leasing strategies. His previous roles at Caddis Partners, United Surgical Partners, and Tenet Healthcare have provided him with a unique end-to-end perspective across medical facility ownership, development, operations, and capital deployment. Throughout his career, Bill has overseen more than $1 billion in healthcare real estate transactions and the development of over 2 MSF of medical facilities nationwide.
EDUCATION
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Baylor University.
