TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brandon joined Transwestern in 2006. He specializes on agency leasing, life science and healthcare advisory services for institutional and private clients. Brandon has built strong relationships and earned the trust of regional and national clients including Ascension Seton, Welltower, Healthpeak Medical Office Properties, Olympus Ventures, Clarion Partners, Barings, Wedge Holdings, Omnient Capital, as well as many local and regional clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With more than 18 years of experience with Transwestern, Brandon has been one of the firm’s top producers nationally, with extensive industry knowledge and proven success serving both landlords and tenants. In the Austin market, he leased and marketed office and medical buildings in every major submarket on behalf of local owners and institutional real estate investors. Brandon’s tenant representation experience provides a well-rounded perspective which has proven valuable in his overall approach to commercial real estate.
