Firm awarded 453K SF management portfolio, multiple leasing assignments in Austin and San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) continues to expand its platform in Central Texas, securing a 453,536-square-foot portfolio Asset Services assignment from Remedy Medical and three new medical office leasing assignments across the Austin and San Antonio markets.
Transwestern was awarded property management responsibilities for a portfolio of eight medical office buildings on behalf of Remedy Medical. The assets are located at:
- San Antonio, TX
- 9150 Huebner Road
- 7909 Fredericksburg Road
- 7718 Pasteur Court
- 7400 Barlite Boulevard
- Westover Hills Medical Office Building
- Spring Branch, TX
- 524 Singing Oaks
- Dripping Springs, TX
- 170 Benney Lane
- Round Rock, TX
- 505 W Louis Henna Boulevard
In addition, Transwestern’s Central Texas Healthcare team was selected for several leasing assignments that underscore the firm’s strong market presence. In San Antonio, Chad Gunter was awarded the Agency Leasing assignment of One Medical Park, owned by Ackerman. Licia Salinas and Yesenia Smith were engaged by Maya Medpro Properties to lease Shavano Oaks II, located at 3603 Paesanos Parkway.
In the Austin area, Hunter Jones and Will Stewart were selected by PRC 01 Bastrop LLC to lease The Wellness Collective at Sendero, a 40,840-square foot, multi-tenant healthcare and wellness center located within the Sendero mixed-use development in Bastrop. The project is expected to break ground in Fall 2025.
