Connor Hjalmquist

Connor Hjalmquist joined Transwestern in 2025 as a Research Analyst supporting the San Antonio operations. He provides market and investment analytics for all brokerage teams in the San Antonio MSA, working closely with the national research team to deliver insights on local and national real estate trends. Connor also supports transaction coordination across office, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors, and contributes to quarterly market reports, comp data analysis, competitive sets, and lead generation.

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2025, Connor was a Financial Analyst at Franklin Mountain Management, where he specialized in valuation modeling for downtown office assets and supported leasing operations through rate analysis and Yardi Deal Manager implementation. He began his career in hospitality management as a Front of House Manager at Pinstripes Bistro, Bowling, Bocce before transitioning into commercial real estate as an analyst with Riverbend Development, a family office developer focused on self-storage investments.

Connor is an active member of San Antonio’s Transwestern Young Professionals and enjoys contributing to the program’s growth and engagement.

Connor earned his BA in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and his MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
