TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Managing Senior Vice President of Asset Services, Emily provides strategic leadership to Atlanta-based property management, engineering and accounting teams overseeing Transwestern-managed office, industrial and healthcare properties. She drives consistent service delivery and operational excellence aligned with the firm’s standards and client objectives, and leads initiatives to enhance performance and grow Transwestern’s portfolio.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Emily has managed Class A office buildings for over 25 years, specializing in lease and contract management, budget and construction oversight, and investment functions, including financial modeling, project strategy, and interactions with owners and lenders. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2010, she was a Senior Real Estate Manager at Hines and supported the leasing team at Taylor & Mathis.
