Grace Chapman

Grace serves as Senior Brokerage Coordinator for the Minneapolis office’s Tenant Advisory Services team. She joined Transwestern at the end of 2024 and works alongside Kevin Salmen, Danny Callahan, Trinette Wacker, Frank Richie, and Max Stewart. She supports two distinct teams – one focused on Office and Industrial Tenant Advisory, and the other specializing in Healthcare Tenant Advisory and Agency Leasing, serving both tenants and owners.

As a Senior Brokerage Coordinator, Grace provides comprehensive marketing, research, and administrative support to the brokerage teams, ensuring seamless operations and effective client service. Grace’s role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including developing marketing materials, managing data analysis, coordinating transactions, creating market surveys, and supporting business development efforts. Grace also assists with monitoring the team’s pipeline and deal activity.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Grace spent three years at CBRE as a Sales Analyst for the Capital Markets Private Client Program. She also served as the leader for CBRE’s Minneapolis Women’s Network.

Grace earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Grand Valley State University.
