Grace Chapman

Grace serves as Senior Brokerage Coordinator on Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory Services team in Minneapolis. She joined the firm in 2024 and works alongside Kevin Salmen, Danny Callahan, Trinette Wacker, Frank Richie, and Max Stewart, supporting Office, Industrial, and Healthcare Tenant Advisory.

In her role, Grace provides expert marketing and operational support, serving as a dedicated transaction manager throughout the deal lifecycle. She oversees transaction coordination from start to finish, managing critical timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and pipeline reporting to ensure a seamless and efficient process. Her responsibilities also include developing marketing materials, conducting market research and data analysis, preparing surveys, and supporting business development initiatives on behalf of tenant clients.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Grace spent three years at CBRE as a Sales Analyst for the Capital Markets Private Client Program, where she supported investment sales transactions and provided strategic financial analysis for private and institutional clients. In addition to her brokerage responsibilities, she served as the leader of CBRE’s Minneapolis Women’s Network, fostering professional development and engagement across the office.

Grace earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
