Graham Trull

Graham serves as a Vice President and specializes in agency leasing for commercial office properties throughout the Central Texas region. He leads new business development efforts and manages all aspects of leasing representation for local, regional and national clients.

Joining Transwestern in 2026, Graham possesses more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience and has built deep relationships, earning the trust of public, private and institutional ownership groups. Prior to joining Transwestern, Graham worked with Riverside’s office team in Austin, where he oversaw project leasing, executed marketing strategies and sourced strategic investment opportunities for clients. He spent the first decade of his career with The Kucera Companies, focusing on office leasing throughout the Austin metro area. Over the course of his career, Graham has represented both landlords and tenants in the office, flex and industrial sectors and has managed leasing portfolios exceeding one million square feet. Recognized as an Austin Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” from 2022 through 2024, Graham consistently ranks among the top five brokers in Austin by number of completed lease transactions annually.

Graham received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Marketing Management from Texas Tech University. He holds an SIOR designation, reflecting top-tier production, extensive experience, advanced education and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
