AUSTIN – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that Graham Trull, SIOR has joined the firm as a Vice President, bringing more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to the Office Agency Leasing team in Central Texas. In his new role, Trull will support regional business development initiatives and provide strategic leasing expertise for office assets across the Austin market.

Trull joins Transwestern after serving on Riverside’s office team in Austin, where he oversaw project leasing, executed marketing strategies and sourced strategic investment opportunities. Prior to Riverside, he spent 10 years with The Kucera Company, focusing on office leasing throughout the Austin metro area. Over the course of his career, he has managed leasing portfolios exceeding one million square feet and has built a reputation for delivering results while maintaining long-standing client relationships.
A recognized leader in the market, Trull was named an Austin Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” in 2022, 2023, and 2024, consistently ranking among the top five brokers for total annual lease transactions.
Professionally, Trull is a designated member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and is active in several industry and community organizations, including the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Bachelor’s of Austin, and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), where he serves on the Board. He also serves on the St. Andrew’s Alumni Association Board and as an Advisory Director to the Trull Service Company.
Trull earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Marketing Management from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
