Jesse Tollison

Jesse Tollison is the Research Manager for the Transwestern Minneapolis office, where he oversees research and data initiatives and provides insights across the office, industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors in the Twin Cities. He is responsible for local research reports and also collaborates with Transwestern researchers across markets on national thought leadership deliverables. Partnering with brokers from the Agency Leasing and Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions groups, Jesse provides comprehensive data and market analysis to help occupiers navigate space decisions.

Tollison, with a background in data-driven projects, held a previous position as a Research Manager at Colliers. In that role, he supported brokers through lead generation, market statistics, and data aggregation. He also built interactive dashboards for clients, initiated quality assurance processes, wrote quarterly reports for the Minneapolis-St. Paul market, and created thought leadership pieces. As a Research Analyst, Jesse was charged with database maintenance, aggregating data sets, conducting field research, and partnering with marketing professionals on marketing collateral.

Jesse earned his master’s degree in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Southern California and his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Film from the University of Alabama.
