John Bollman

As managing director, John Bollman partners with Barrett Bufkin and Austin Fahy as part of a national real estate advisory team serving major industrial occupiers across the United States. Based in Dallas, he advises clients on complex industrial and logistics requirements, leveraging deep supply chain expertise and real-time market insight to support site selection and long-term portfolio strategy.

John brings extensive experience across third-party logistics, freight forwarding and global distribution, enabling him to align real estate decisions with broader operational and growth objectives.

John brings 30 years of logistics and supply chain experience spanning 3PL, freight forwarding and global distribution strategy. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as principal and senior vice president at Cresa. He previously held senior leadership roles at DHL as senior director of consumer, and at Amware Fulfillment as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Earlier in his career, John held multiple leadership positions at OHL/Geodis, including vice president of e-commerce and fast-moving consumer goods. Additional experience includes roles at UPS and the U.S. Department of Transportation.

John holds an MBA in marketing from Texas Christian University and earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Purdue University.
