TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kate Gillette is a Senior Vice President with Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Asset Strategies group in the Midwest. Advising clients on investment sales, valuations and portfolio strategy, Kate is committed to cross-collaboration, utilizing a connected network to support clients. Kate and the Midwest Capital Markets team ensure maximized value for properties, customizing each assignment to align with client goals. Her close engagement with clients allows her to act as an extension of their internal business units, providing deep insights necessary to drive value and success.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kate has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul region, advising buyers, sellers and tenants across a wide range of complex transactions. In recent years, she has done a significant amount of real estate valuation and analysis on behalf of clients nationwide.

Kate was previously a Senior Vice President with Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, working in advisory, brokerage and valuations. While at Avison Young, Kate completed significant transactions across diverse industries in the areas of sales and leasing. Kate has served on numerous boards, and her exemplary efforts have earned her recognition within the industry and community. Most recently, Gillette’s creative solutions earned her a CoStar Impact Award.

Kate earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
