TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kerri currently holds the position of Senior Experience Manager at three distinguished Beacon Capital Partners properties: the Toby Award-winning, trophy AA building Bank of America Tower and it’s acclaimed food hall, Understory; TMC Helix Park’s state-of-the-art life science building, Dynamic One; and Metro Park, a 7-building campus in Washington DC. In this role, she leads tenant programming and civic initiatives while serving as a strategic regional resource to Transwestern, offering expertise in amenitization and hospitality-driven initiatives.

Kerri partners closely with property management teams, local vendors and community organizations to deliver dynamic, high-quality experiences that enrich tenant life and foster community. With a strong background in corporate business development, marketing, and communications, she brings a creative and collaborative approach to every product. Her focus remains on providing exceptional service, value, and satisfaction to every client and partner.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kerri brings nearly two decades of experience in event and meeting planning, along with extensive experience in corporate business development, marketing, outreach and media design. Since joining the Bank of America Tower management team as Experience Manager in 2019, she has been the driving force behind Houston’s first tenant experience program, setting a new standard for the market.

Collaborating closely with the Transwestern property team, Kerri has enhanced the customer service experience for tenants through a wide range of curated offerings. From weekly treats and customized fitness classes to workshops, self-defense classes, themed and stylized happy hours, brunches, and large-scale events, her approach has redefined what it means to work in a premier property.

Her strategic partnerships with Houston’s Arts District,  professional sports teams, local restaurants, entertainment venues, and civic organizations such as the Houston Sports Authority/FIFA World Cup, Houston First and the Downtown District have brought cultural, entertainment and civic engagement opportunities directly to tenants and guests.
Kerri also developed and customized four building apps, providing valuable feedback to HQO and VTS Rise to optimize and enhance their platforms, which have now been rolled out nationally.
