Laura Bacelli

Laura Bacelli serves as National Director of Hospitality for Transwestern. In this role, she leads the firm’s hospitality strategy, shaping a consistent standard of service across Transwestern’s managed portfolio nationwide. Laura is responsible for defining the organization’s hospitality ethos and implementing initiatives that enhance quality, elevate the client experience, and strengthen tenant engagement.

Laura brings nearly two decades of experience in hospitality and guest experience leadership. Prior to joining Transwestern, she was Vice President of Business Development at Insider, a private concierge company serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. She was then Head of Guest Experience and Partnerships at Restoration Hardware, where she played a key role in redefining the brand’s in-store experience through elevated service and curated partnerships. Most recently, she was Vice President of Experience at Ring on Hook, a boutique hospitality consultancy, where she advised brands and property owners on creating impactful and memorable customer experiences.

Known for her ability to anticipate client needs and translate brand values into authentic experiences, Laura has established a reputation for transforming environments into thoughtful, welcoming, and distinctive destinations.

Laura earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo.
