Marshall Thurmond

As a Vice President in Transwestern’s Austin office Healthcare Advisory Services team, Marshall specializes in agency leasing for medical office assets for various institutional, regional, and private clients. He is responsible for project representation, business analysis, transaction/lease negotiation, deal coordinating, prospecting and market intelligence. In addition, Marshall is actively involved in healthcare advisory services and is engaged in business development pursuits for the Central Texas region.

Since joining Transwestern in 2019, Marshall has played a pivotal role in growing Transwestern's landlord representation portfolio, achieving a leading market share in the region and resulting in company-wide recognition. Marshall’s expertise, client-focused approach and work ethic have contributed to strong relationships with many institutional clients including Healthcare Realty Trust, Welltower, The RMR Group, Healthpeak Properties, Equity and Remedy Medical Properties as well as many other local and regional clients.

Prior to this role, Marshall served as an Intern at Transwestern throughout his undergrad years.
