Michelle Lipford

Michelle Lipford is a Vice President of Transwestern’s Asset Services Group, serving as General Manager across more than 615,000 square feet of office space in Metro Detroit. In addition to leading client, tenant and vendor relations, Michelle’s duties include financial reporting, construction management and service contract administration. She excels at overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term projects at her properties located across the Metro Detroit region.

Michelle joined the Transwestern team in 2004 as an Assistant Manager, quickly elevating to a Property Manager position before becoming a General Manager. She has managed a diverse portfolio of Class A office, R&D and industrial properties. Her leadership has contributed to significant achievements, including securing two BOMA TOBY awards and driving LEED Certification for a Class A office building located in Troy, MI.

Michelle is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
