ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces EAE USA has signed a seven-year, 195,022-square-foot lease at 41 Logistics Center, a 390,498-square-foot industrial building at 3569 Highway 41 in Adairsville, Georgia. Transwestern’s Transaction Sciences Group, led by Executive Managing Director Clark Dean and Managing Directors Thomas Savage and Cody Lolakis, provided consulting, brokerage, and incentives negotiation services to EAE USA in the transaction.
“Opening a second distribution center in the region in less than a year is a testament to EAE’s commitment to expanding its reach to deliver products more efficiently to its rapidly growing U.S. customer base,” said Dean. “Out of a dozen potential properties our team analyzed, 41 Logistics Center emerged as the optimal solution for positioning EAE for strategic growth by optimizing real estate, transportation and labor costs.”
Built in 2023 and zoned for heavy industrial use, the Class A distribution facility is in the Georgia Northwest industrial submarket. Just 3.2 miles from Interstate 75, the property offers direct access to Atlanta, Chattanooga and the Port of Savannah through the nearby Appalachian Regional Port.

Last year, Transwestern’s Transaction Sciences Group arranged for EAE USA to open its first U.S. distribution center and relocate its North American headquarters with a seven-year, 101,767-square-foot lease at 2000 Mountain Industrial Blvd. in Tucker, Georgia.
