MINN. – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Leonardo DRS, Inc. signed a 48,563-square-foot lease at Grand Oak Business Park in Eagan, Minn. Transwestern Principal Mike Honsa represented Group RMC, the owner of the 100-acre, 10-building business park, in the transaction.
Leonardo DRS, Inc. is a defense technology company specializing in providing high-performance, multi-domain capabilities across next-generation advanced sensing, network computing, force protection, and electric power and propulsion. The company signed a 10-year lease at Grand Oak VII located at 2750 Blue Water Road. Leonardo DRS, Inc. is relocating from Burnsville, Minn. and is expanding its footprint in the fall of 2025.

Tenants benefit from shared amenities across the campus, including a nine-hole putting green, a one-mile walking trail, conference centers, fitness centers, numerous outdoor patios, and storage space.
Located in the southeast Twin Cities submarket, Grand Oak Business Park includes eight office buildings and two retail properties. On-site dining options include Jimmy Johns and Union 32 Craft House, a gastro pub with an outdoor patio.
