Building Products Manufacturer Secures Long-Term Renewals in Core Locations

ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Transaction Sciences Group represented OmniMax International in three industrial lease renewals totaling 440,000 square feet. Transwestern’s Clark Dean, Thomas Savage, Cody Lolakis, Bradley Fulkerson and Austin Hibbard provided consulting and brokerage services to OmniMax in the following transactions:
- 231,000-square-foot renewal lease at River Green Business Park located at 4455 River Green Pkwy in Duluth, Georgia. Cushman & Wakefield represented the property owner in the transaction.
- 108,000-square-foot renewal lease at 1835 Diesel Drive in Sacramento, California.
- 105,000-square-foot renewal lease at 900 Jacksonville Road in Ivyland, Pennsylvania. Roddy, Inc. represented the property owner in the transaction.
