DALLAS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the promotion of Anthony Heredia, FMP, SFP, to the newly established role of National Engineering Manager and the addition of Shawn Keeth as Regional Director of Engineering in Dallas.
Heredia will leverage over 30 years of experience, including more than a decade at Transwestern, to mentor, guide, and empower engineering teams to continue enhancing the firm’s industry-leading Asset Services platform and deliver operational excellence across properties and regions. Keeth will oversee property-level engineering services for Transwestern-managed assets in Dallas, including building systems, preventive maintenance programs, quality standards, and the achievement of operational and capital goals.
Since joining Transwestern in 2014 as an Assistant Chief Engineer, Heredia has progressed through various engineering roles. Most recently, he led engineering services for Transwestern-managed properties in Dallas and Central Texas. Heredia is a Certified Facility Management Professional and a Certified Sustainability Facility Professional. He holds an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering from Liberty University.
“We created the National Engineering Manager role with Anthony in mind because he embodies the values we look for in our leaders: integrity, professionalism, supportiveness, positivity, and collaboration,” said TRS Vice President of National Engineering Kevin Gummerus. “His thoughtful, hands-on leadership will help us shape and develop our teams and achieve long-term growth and performance for Transwestern and our clients.”
Keeth brings over 26 years of engineering experience to Transwestern, including four years at Hines, managing nearly 6 million square feet of office and industrial space as engineering manager for the Dallas market. Previously, he spent 14 years at Able Engineering Services, overseeing Class A office buildings in Texas and California.
“Shawn’s strong relationship-building, responsiveness, and commitment to high-quality standards will ensure the implementation of Transwestern’s national engineering best practices and strategic initiatives across our Dallas portfolio,” said Gummerus.
Encompassing more than 250 million square feet in more than 1,000 buildings around the country, Transwestern’s Asset Services platform is built on operational discipline, extraordinary client service, and practical innovation.
