TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As Vice President of Transwestern’s National Engineering Services, Kevin applies his vast operational experience to drive a consistent, elevated level of Asset Services solutions. Kevin guides engineering teams across Transwestern’s 33 U.S. locales, over 940 properties, and more than 230 million square feet of managed asset space. His overarching goals are to optimize building performance and enhance asset value through a combination of technical know-how and people development. Kevin relies on and imparts advice through decades of acquired engineering discipline, relationship-building acumen, and global management expertise. He ensures Transwestern engineers are equipped to carry on Transwestern’s reputation for operational excellence.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Kevin brings over two decades of engineering and management expertise in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining Transwestern, Kevin dedicated nearly 18 years to Hines, where he managed engineering services across various geographies and asset types. In his role as Global Sr. Corporate Engineering Manager, Kevin led engineering operations for more than 685 properties in 30 countries and 335 cities, overseeing a team of over a thousand facility and engineering professionals. During his tenure at Hines, Kevin developed several EPA-compliant programs and managed capital improvement projects worth over $100 million. He also played a key role in establishing numerous engineering operational standards within the office, multifamily, and industrial real estate sectors. Kevin's extensive experience includes implementing risk management strategies, creating large and complex operating expense and capital expenditure budgets, and achieving energy and environmental objectives.
