TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As part of Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Development Advisory team, Paul leads strategy and execution across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. He specializes in land sales, investment advisory, and ground-up development for investors, developers, and occupiers. With over a decade of experience and more than $1 billion in completed transactions, Paul brings a developer’s mindset to every assignment—underwriting, structuring, and executing with precision to create long-term value.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Paul has advised on large-scale industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects throughout the Southwest, completing thousands of acres in land transactions and more than 12 million square feet of building sales and consulting assignments. His ability to align capital, strategy, and execution has positioned him as a trusted advisor to clients pursuing both development and investment opportunities.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Paul holds the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and REFAI (Real Estate Finance & Investment) designations. He is also an active member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

EDUCATION

Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
