TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A Principal in Transwestern’s Minneapolis office, Reed provides insight and leadership to the company’s brokerage staff and oversees its office portfolio. His client list includes Milliman, Rize Financial, Heley Duncan, Discount Tire, Travelers, PIMCO, Zeller, ASB Capital, United Properties, Hempel Companies, Shorenstein, Golub, and Sumitomo Corporation.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Reed has focused on the Minneapolis office market since 1991, working on transactions totaling over 25 million square feet. As a leading expert on the Minneapolis office market for more than 30 years, Reed has been involved in tenant representation assignments, office leasing, building renovations, and new office building development and sales.

He has been involved with many landlord and tenant representation assignments, including the landmark IDS Center, Baker Center, Dayton’s Project, RSM Plaza, SPS Tower, Washington Square, Capella Tower, AT&T Tower, and Fifth Street Towers.
