TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Royden is part of Transwestern’s Occupier Services & Development Advisory team, specializing in occupier representation, site selection, and land acquisitions for ground-up development—with a focus on data centers and infrastructure-driven projects. He works with corporate users, developers, and investors to identify, underwrite, and secure high-value sites across both local and national markets.

Royden has executed land and site selection transactions spanning thousands of acres nationwide, helping clients align power, zoning, and infrastructure with long-term operational goals. Royden holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and REFAI (Real Estate Finance & Investment) designations and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona.

Royden earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Management from Colorado State University.
