Will Stewart

Will joined Transwestern in 2011 and is one of the original members of the Central Texas Healthcare Team where he specializes in agency leasing and tenant advisory. He is also responsible for new business development and is highly involved in all aspects of leasing representation for local, regional and national clients. 

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Will has cultivated strong relationships and garnered the trust of numerous national clients, including Ascension Seton, Welltower, Healthpeak, Olympus Ventures, The RMR Group, Stockdale Capital Partners, Accesso Partners, Omnient Capital, Montecito, Pearlmark, Velocis, WEDGE Real Estate Holdings, and many others at the local and regional level.

Throughout his career, Will has earned several accolades, both regionally and nationally, for his accomplishments at Transwestern. In 2016, Will received Transwestern’s Central Texas Legendary Service Award in acknowledgement of his extraordinary client service.  Will was part of the Austin healthcare advisory team receiving Transwestern’s 2017 National Tenant Advisory Deal of the Year. 

His transaction volume in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2024 propelled him into Transwestern’s Champions Club, recognizing him as one of top producers in the country. 

 Since 2012, Will has consistently ranked in Austin Business Journal’s 25 top “Heavy Hitters in Real Estate” and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
